Welcome back to another great year at LTMS!

 Dear LTMS Family,

Welcome back to another great year at Lake Travis Middle School.  The LTMS Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is excited to again be a part of this wonderful learning community.

Last year, our organization was very active in the school serving over 2,200 volunteer hours while supporting many programs from grade level activities to the Knights in Service program.  Additionally, we contributed over $42,000 invested in many facets of the school such as SMART Board technology for classrooms, microwaves for the cafeteria, and new outdoor entry benches.

This year, our commitment continues to grow.  Our goals include funding books and series of books for the Library to provide current reading to students, funding “learning communities” in support of ongoing staff development, and promoting the many programs that enrich the middle school experience such as the Knight Games transition camp for incoming 6th graders, May Day for 7th graders and the much anticipated end of the year dance for the 8th graders.

With so much to do, it can only be possible with your support.  We hope to surpass last year's record of 500 PTO family memberships and over $16,700 raised in the very successful No Hassle Fundraising donation program.  Please consider joining and donating today.  Your involvement can make the difference.
